Pratrivero U.S.A. inc. is a company with factories in mountain areas established in green landscape very few polluted and is committed to preserve a good environment around its factories.

The reducing carbon dioxide emissions in the atmosphere is a goal that we have well in mind.

To reach a better efficiency in the usage of the resources we studied some ways to optimize and where possible to reduce electric energy consumption.

To reach this aim every engine who shows abnormal peaks in Energy consumption has been modified adding an inverter. This feature allows to optimize all the consumptions related to all the phases of the production.

With the same aim in our factories we are not using incandescent lamps but only neon lamps all at least in B category .

To reduce energy consumption within the end of this year we will put a photocell on the lamp in a dark area where container are loaded and twilight switches will be added on the production departments.

Since 2006 till now in the weaving department we have reduced of the 10% the kWh used to produce a unit of product and in the printing department of the 12%.Goals reached thanks the installation of new machineries in Pratrivero’s plant and thanks to a restyling in Gandino’s plant.

The developing triennial plan of the Company shows the installation of new lines of machineries who will bring further safe in the energy consumption.
