WATER AND AIR

The larger amount of water is used for the printing phase. In the last years market gave us a hand to reduce this essential natural resource consumption, because the trend we are registering shows a significant augmentation of the request of non wovens dyed and not printed.

Dying process requests a smaller amount of water.

On the top of that, we can say that every single litre of used water is not discharged but collected in the new purification plant.

At the end of the purification process water come back in class A: till few years ago we were in class C reduced.

To further reduce the water consumption we have positioned close to the taps of the toilets, in the offices and in the production departments, some plates where we invite not waste water.

In the Pratrivero’s Plant we do not have air emissions with the exception of the exhausted fumes of the heating boiler.

In Gandino’s plant the quality of the air released in the atmosphere after the passage through the purification air system is according to the more restrictive Italian Laws. Thanks to the air purification System we recover also a certain amount of heat used subsequently to heat some industrial machineries used in particular production’s phases as well as to warm up the plant.
